Howard Dubin, MD, FCCP, FCCM, SFHM
Howard Dubin brings 25+ years of experience with internal medicine, critical care medicine, hospitalist medicine, and SNF medical director roles.
Prior to joining QHI, Howard was a Senior Medical Director at Aetna, where he was responsible for directing the transition from fee for service to value based care for multiple health care plan clients, with particular emphasis on ProHealth in the Connecticut market.
Prior to joining Aetna, Howard was the CMIO for MidState Medical Center, a Hartford Healthcare Partner, and the Medical Director of the Hospitalist Services at MidState Medical Center.
Howard received his MD from the University of Massachusetts, completed a fellowship in Critical Care at the University of Pittsburgh, and is boarded in Internal Medicine and Critical Care. Howard has received fellowship status with the College of Chest Physicians (FCCP), College of Critical Care Medicine (FCCM), and senior fellowship status with the Society of Hospital Medicine (SFHM).
